Purpose Statement: Acts 25:28 “Take care of yourselves and those you oversee. Shepherd the flock.” 1. Rock Springs Church (RSC) desires to intentionally train those people who have either shown results of leadership as a spiritual gift from a spiritual gifting test or who demonstrate leadership in their lives. 2. So that, the culture of RSC will be strengthened/solidified, first in the main campus, then transferred, in full, to the leadership of the satellite campuses. This will help perpetuate the ministry of RSC into the future. 3. We will learn together how to develop more leaders within the footprint of RSC. 4. This will ensure the succession of RSC and lengthen the life cycle of the church. 5. We will see that all of this is possible because God is really into exponential, explosive results.
