Dayspring Growing in God’s Word. Growing in Prayer. Growing Together. Dayspring is a welcoming co-ed Sunday School class made up primarily of adults in their 60s and beyond, including single, widowed, and married adults. Led by Johnny Cox, Dayspring is a place where people can come together to study Scripture, build friendships, and encourage one another in their walk with Christ. Our studies follow Lifeway’s Explore the Bible series, working our way book by book through Scripture, alternating each quarter between the Old and New Testaments. While we work through each book from beginning to end, our weekly class time focuses on specific passages and verses through thoughtful, verse-by-verse discussion designed to help us better understand and apply God’s Word. Prayer is also a vital part of the Dayspring community. Each week, we make time to share prayer needs and praises, celebrate answered prayers, and lift one another up before the Lord. Whether you are looking for a place to deepen your understanding of Scripture, strengthen your prayer life, or simply connect with others, Dayspring welcomes you.
