1. The best Christians can get depressed.

2. Christian leaders are more susceptible.

3. Exhaustion causes depression.

4. Even Christians can be suicidal.

5. There are many causes of depression.

Biblical Answers for the Discouraged:

1. Take care of your physical body.

2. Watch what you say to yourself.

3. Be more than you do.

4. Believe your best days are in the future.
